SYNOPSIS
Sports entrepreneur, Amandine is an addicted runner, fitness addict and former climber. She lives, eats and sleeps Sport... she has it in her skin ! After numerous testimonials and her own experience, she sees a real lack of muscle building programs for runners. She then takes on the mission of creating it !
CONCEPT DEVELOPED
Amandine is asked for advice and to know about her sports training. Her community is looking for a complete guide, allowing, step by step, to work the motor parts of the running body. Then, we imagine a complete program, easy to use, that can be followed from home, fun and without having to upset your whole way of life.
STRENGTHEN YOUR MUSCLE POWER AND FLEXIBILITY
Too often, runners think that in order to run faster and longer, they have to train themselves to run more and more... This is not true.
Strengthening the muscles makes them effective for longer, facilitates their recovery after exercise and minimizes the risk of injury.
